A planter's bungalow of 1884 on a private 50-acre estate at Ragala, first planted with coffee and then tea by the Scottish planters Sir G.H.D. Elphinstone and J. Paterson, and restored in 2013.

It has 6 rooms and suites: 4 in the heritage bungalow and 2 in a newer Owner's Cottage, which can be taken on its own.

There is a pool and a heated jacuzzi, fireplaces for the cold months, and meals are served in an open dining pavilion beside the lawn.
