A 4-bedroom tea estate manager's bungalow at Kandapola, rebuilt in the mid-1940s and restored by Teardrop Hotels from 2018 without felling a single tree.

The drive was moved to the back of the house so that guests arrive through the garden to an infinity pool, with tea hills and forest falling away below.

It is named after Goat Fell, the highest point on the Isle of Arran, in honour of the Scottish planters who brought tea to the island, and is run all-inclusive with butlers.
