A boutique hotel of 9 rooms and suites on a forested hillside a few minutes above Kandy town, each room named after a district of the old Kandyan kingdom.

The house looks across the valley to the Hunnasgiriya, Knuckles and Hanthana ranges, with an infinity pool on the edge of the hill and lawns running down from the restaurant.

It sits 1.5 km from the town centre, a few minutes by road from the sights and about 8 minutes from the railway station, with Colombo airport about 3 hours away.
