A colonial-style manor of 5 suites on a hill above the Victoria golf course, looking over the Victoria reservoir to the Knuckles range, with room for about 12 guests at a time.

Each suite is individually furnished with antiques and period art, and 3 of the 5 have a mezzanine level reached by an antique staircase.

Service runs on butlers, and meals are agreed with the resident chef and served wherever guests choose: verandahs, the garden, the pool or a formal table for 14.
