A small Ayurvedic wellness resort on a quiet beach east of Tangalle, formerly Kayaam House and now run by Resplendent Ceylon, with a resident Ayurvedic doctor at the centre of every stay.

Guests can stay on bed and breakfast or follow a programme of 3 to 22 nights, for detox, weight, gut health, pain relief, skin or recovery, with treatments, yoga, meditation and meals planned by the doctor.

The rooms sit in tropical gardens around a long central pool, koi ponds and an elevated yoga deck, and the larger suites have private gardens and jacuzzis.
