A resort of 165 rooms and suites at Aluthgama, on the strip of land between the Bentota River and the Indian Ocean, reached by a short ferry ride across the river. It opened under Accor's Pullman name in August 2026, with Pullman Colombo City Centre, the brand's first 2 hotels in Sri Lanka.

Rooms face the garden, the pool, the river or the ocean: 37 sq m Superior Garden View and Deluxe River View rooms, 39 sq m Superior Ocean View rooms and 42 sq m Deluxe Ocean View and Pool View rooms, each with a king bed or twin beds, then 2 suites of 65 sq m and the 139 sq m Royal Suite. Every room takes up to 4 guests.

Café Bem serves all day over the river, Siam Pearl cooks Asian dishes from Sri Lankan lamprais onwards, 360 serves seafood and grills, and Ceylon Club and the Pool Bar serve teas, cocktails and drinks.
