A holiday house designed by Geoffrey Bawa in 1976 with 4 bedrooms and turned into a small hotel in 1980.

It has 15 rooms including a Club Suite, each furnished with colonial Dutch-period pieces, set around gardens and a pool, with a path through the garden to the beach.

The spa mixes Sri Lankan Ayurveda with international therapies, and the hotel runs day trips to Lunuganga, the Madu Ganga and the turtle hatcheries.
