A Jetwing Luxury Reserve of 36 thatched dwellings on reclaimed farmland outside Sigiriya, laid out around a man-made lake, reed beds, paddy fields and woodland.

The dwellings are named for the habitat they stand in: garden, paddy, water and forest. The garden, paddy and forest dwellings have their own pool, and the water dwellings stand on stilts over the lake.

The grounds are a private reserve, and a resident naturalist leads night walks to find the grey slender loris that lives there.
