A resort of 108 rooms built in the style of a Sri Lankan village, in gardens beside Habarana lake, run by Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts.

Rooms come in 4 categories, from 30 sq m Superior Rooms facing the garden to the 105 sq m Eagle Lodge, which has a combined living and bedroom area and a private plunge pool or Jacuzzi. The Kingfisher and Eagle Lodges look over the lake.

El Hena, a semi-open restaurant near the pool, serves an international buffet with live cooking stations. Guests may use the Svastha Serene Spa at Cinnamon Lodge Habarana next door, and naturalists lead birdwatching walks, night walks and jeep safaris to see elephants.
