A restored manor house (wallawwa) about 180 years old, once a family home where Mahatma Gandhi and later Sri Lankan leaders stayed, now a hotel of 7 rooms and suites.

It sits in a 5-acre coconut estate with a pool and landscaped gardens, 10 minutes from Negombo town, and small enough to be taken over whole by a group.

The kitchen cooks Negombo coastal dishes, lagoon prawns and a house crab curry alongside international food, served indoors, in the garden or in the room.
