A beach resort of 58 rooms on the south coast, where the Polwathumodara River meets the sea, between Weligama and Mirissa. It is run by Mandara Hotels, which also has hotels at Yala and Haputale.

Rooms come in 4 categories. The 25 Superior Sea View rooms each have a private terrace facing the sea, the 4 ground-floor Superior Rooms each have their own plunge pool, the 12 Deluxe Rooms for families have 2 king beds and an indoor jacuzzi, and the 17 Standard rooms look over the lagoon.

Pandanus Restaurant serves Sri Lankan, Italian and seafood dishes, and Turtle Bar stands on the beach. There is a swimming pool, an Ayurvedic spa and a gym, games from beach volleyball to billiards, and the hotel arranges surfing, diving and whale and dolphin watching.
