17 tented suites in a former coconut plantation on Kalkudah beach, just south of Passikudah; the hotel says it is the only hotel on that beach.

The tents are air-conditioned, with wooden sun decks and outdoor stone showers, and the Kolaya and Seed suites each have a large private garden; art by Sri Lankan and foreign artists is placed around the grounds.

Polonnaruwa is about 1 hour away, which makes it an easy beach stop after the Cultural Triangle.
